We are seeking a highly-motivated human analyst to join our purpose-driven IMPACTR team to help us drive sustainability impact!

We are launching our platform in October this year and prior to that we are working solidly on business development, and we require an enthusiastic business analyst to support our business development team in carrying out analytics, establishing and managing our commercial and digital marketing toolsuite and further refining and growing the revenue streams for IMPACTR.

In this role you will work directly with our Head of Business Development and leadership team, as well as together with a growing group of IMPACTR analysts IMPACTR team to rapidly and robustly establishing our overall business development function that is responsible for generating sustainable income revenue streams.   

At IMPACTR, we are doing things differently and we want to redefine business to create sustainable business.  So we are creating a Zebra instead of Unicorn, which means you will work on super cool analysis that aims to redefine and re-invent the way investment is done in impact startups.

IMPACTR´s Business Analyst will:

• Perform business and marketing analytics, conduct various analysis around sustainable business and research globally
• Support the business team in designing, structuring and implementing revenue streams and alternative impact-business models, revenue streams and client deals
• Be curious, research and utilise the latest insights into digital marketing tools, analytics, 3rd party services etc. to enhance and accelerate our growth
• Have a solid understanding and skillset in financial modelling, discounted cashflows, valuations
• Explore and shape and experiment with alternative financial metrics - such as "impact metrics and impact valuations" and prepare analysis and business cases for pitch decks that support this new way of doing things
• Have a strong interest in continuously gaining knowledge and conducting analysis around sustainable business and sustainable solutions

This IMPACTR Business Analyst will contribute actively with open-minded ideas and will continuously find the optimal tools for building, analysing and managing the business clients efficiently and with integrity and scalability. This person leaves the ego at the door and establishes great relationships that grow the company as well as their colleagues.   

You will be passionate about continuously researching and utilising the latest ideas, critical thoughts and innovations in your field to keep IMPACTR ahead of trends and at the forefront of developments in the digital & analytical space.
