As a customer success specialist at Famly you will play a key role in making sure our customers get maximum value out of the platform. You will join a customers success team of 5 people which you can learn from.

The Role

  • Your main priority will be catering for our German and English speaking customers, with a focus on direct customer support both in writing and over the phone.
  • You will do the end-to-end onboarding support of new customers, making sure they get off to the best possible start with Famly.
  • You will teach customers how to use the product and will also gather information from them in order to help our product team tweak the product.
  • We thrive at high pace, while maintaining sky high quality on all fronts.
  • You will be a key strategic and operational component in helping our users make the most of the Famly platform in the German and Swiss markets.

Requirements

Since this is an entry level position no prior job experience is required, but we do see some personal traits that usually will make a good customer success specialist at Famly:

  • Written and spoken German like a native
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Someone with a chatty and patient personality to help us cater for our amazing customers
  • Someone who is interested in the startup culture and wants to take a hit-the ground running position with huge impact on our business
  • Tech savvy
  • Mad problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and structured
