What started as a simple invoicing solution for small businesses, is now revolutionising the way large companies interact with their customers at the time of payment. With a solid product, a unique offering and an untapped market, we’re ready to initiate Billogram 2.0. Hence, we’re now looking for an analytical Financial Controller to help keep us on track on our growth journey.

You will be responsible for accurate accounting and timely reporting with insightful analysis of our financial performance. As Financial Controller you will be supervising our accounting team and assume responsibility of developing and implementing processes to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting. The Financial Controller reports to the CFO and part of your responsibilities will be to:

• Manage the day to day tasks of the finance department in a small but growing organisation
• Create, analyze and interpret monthly financial results and forecast
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the key business drivers to be able to produce accurate budgets and forecast
• Ensure that the company maintains compliance with all tax and accounting legislation
• Assist the organisation in an advisory capacity on financial or accounting matters, for example product development issues that requires input from an accounting or compliance perspective and will impact how we shape the service in the future
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis for stakeholders

To be successful as Billogram’s Financial Controller, we believe that you have about 5 years of relevant experience. As you will be joining a small finance team we believe that you are confident of your abilities, self-motivated and prestigeless. You are a problem solver, who executes on all types of takes, you are curious and eager to constantly develop and improve, not keeping things the same just because, and last but not least, you have strong integrity to be able to implement good financial governance. We would also like you to be fluent in both Swedish and English and have excellent communication skills.
