Expanding the team - Sales

We are a fintech SaaS from Stockholm that has been in business for two years. We are currently working on scaling our solution and need a driven salesperson to take part in our journey. Do you have some background in sales and want to take the next step? Does it sound exciting to work hands on with sales and together with us founders further grow a company?


What is PCT?

We offer a user-friendly SaaS-solution designed to minimize the time spent on keeping track of, following up and planning recurring tasks and processes, all to make life a bit easier for people working in and managing their operations. It has been very well received by the so far 23 paying clients within the financial services industry who all use it daily to stay on top of their work. 

 

Background

It all started when we worked with a growing business operation in the financial sector. Simply to make our life easier we decided to build a software that was missing in the marketplace. It soon turned out that other companies were interested in buying that software too - so we thought why not conquer the world! 

 

What have we achieved so far?

  • We have an MVP that now has MRR from 23 customers. 
  • Have well-known customers
  • Admitted to Sting, the leading incubator and accelerator in the Nordics.

 

What’s our next goal?

Monthly Recurring Revenue Growth and minimize our sales life cycle. 

 

What’s your role?

We want you to be a part of our team and together we’re gonna build and amazing SaaS-sales team. You will initially focus on outbound sales and closing deals. Refining and optimizing what we’ve done so far. We trust that you are even better at sales than we are! 

You’ll start with our pipe and continue building your own. We are going to expand. 

More long-term we want you to be a part of creating the strategies to scale up our sales. We are currently looking to expand outside of Sweden and the sky’s the limit - how far can you go?
