About the Role
In our internship program, you’ll work directly with our inbound sales team, marketing and be the right hand of the CEO in developing strategies and executing new sales initiatives for our SaaS platform.
As our customer base grows, so does the overall interest in our product. As Customer Success Intern, it’s your sacred duty to ensure users are provided with technical support at all reasonable hours, and that newcomers are provided with the knowledge necessary to fully engage with Ideanote within their organization.
This intern/co-op has a minimum of twelve (12) week duration and is offered for Summer or Fall 2019 in our downtown Copenhagen offices.
You Will
✔️ Help develop strong customer relationships.
✔️ Promote retention through loyalty, trust, and satisfaction.
✔️ Work with onboarding automation and our customer knowledge base.
✔️ Research the life cycle of our customers.
✔️ Help create an even stronger product roadmap based on customer feedback.
