If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career within climate action, then we want to work with you. Your work will include planning, producing and monitoring social media platforms and website-content, facilitate events, reach out to clients and conducting market analysis. 

In addition to being an good communicator, you should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of sales, marketing techniques, and social media platforms. 

Responsibilities: 

- Perform market analysis and research on potential clients.  

- Generate and pursue partner deals within fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands and acquire new business opportunities. 

- Assist with daily administrative duties. 

- Write and publish editorial stories for our website.  

- Design and present new social media campaign ideas. 

- Monitor all social media platforms for community management, trending news, ideas, and feedback. 

- Prepare ideas for relevant B2B-clients.  

- Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events. 

- Research and evaluate competitors. 

- Support our ambassador program. 

- Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media content. 

Requirements: 

- Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for Marketing, Sales, Communications or similar field. 

- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. 

- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques. 

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Norwegian and English). 

- Must have a passion for marketing. 

- Outstanding multitasking abilities. 

- Location: Oslo, Norway.
