Customer Success/Support Intern

Lix is a study platform where students can get their textbooks digitally and affordably, along with tools to enhance every study session. Our team is on a mission to make education better. To drive the customer experience we need a Customer Success/Support Intern to join us in Copenhagen


As our Customer Success/Support Intern, you’ll join our Product team in Copenhagen and be a big part in ensuring that our users have the best experience and help when using our platform. The area is a new part of Lix and will own user support and success. You will work closely together with both Product, Marketing and Tech to ensure that users both get the best info and help available.

Tasks

  • Provide support for our users through chat and email
  • Keep help center content relevant and informative
  • Be the users voice when it comes to concerns and suggestions
  • Work together with Product and Tech to quality assure
  • Help map out the users needs, life-cycle and flow

 

Practical

The role is a 6 month full time, paid, internship, located in Copenhagen starting as soon as possible.
