We are seeking a highly-motivated human to join our purpose-driven IMPACTR team to help us drive sustainability impact!

This key leading role in our startup is to design and develop the website of IMPACTR.

We are building our beta-IOS app to be launched in October 2019 and what we need in addition is a Website Designer / Front End Developer with ideally React capabilities (but we are open to others).   

In this role you will be supported by our highly experienced CXO/CTO and our Director of Digital Development, and you will work together with other IMPACTRs and UX/Marketing team as well on the design system and design guidelines. 

Impactr´s Website Designer / Developer will

• Be curious, research and utilise the latest capabilities available to create a sharp, sophisticated, impactful and cool website that is optimised for registration conversion for our online communities and also works well dynamically to drive community engagement, and is integration with the platform/IOS app.
• Work with the digital development team to analyse traffic insights and continuously optimise the website from an conversion point of view
• Work with the UX and Marketing team to optimise website design from a visual & interaction perspective that aligns with our brand.
• Be able to manage front-end development in collaboration and have a solid understanding of APIs and give direction as to which APIs to use.

This IMPACTR Developer will contribute actively with open-minded ideas and will continuously find the optimal tools for building efficiently and with integrity and scalability. This person leaves the ego at the door and establishes great relationships that grow the company as well as their colleagues.   

You will be passionate about continuously researching and utilising the latest ideas, critical thoughts and innovations in your field to keep IMPACTR ahead of trends and at the forefront of developments in digital marketing and social media.
