We are looking for a highly-motivated midweight, full-stack web developer to join Impactr team. Launching in October 2019, Impactr is set to be an innovative new digital platform connecting the entire sustainability ecosystem to become the world’s first social media marketplace for sustainability. We are seeking highly motivated impactrs to join our team and accelerate the sustainability revolution together.

Ahead of the Impactr platform launching, we need an all-rounder Website Developer to join the team and hit the ground running to rebuild our temporary website for soft-launch in mid-June. You will have the opportunity to work with an incredible, international team, to help build something visionary from the ground up.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently or closely within a team, have strong communication skills and a passion for programming and creative design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a website from scratch, or using available software tools such as Wix or Squarespace Developer Mode.
• Work with CXO and CMO to design to ensure user experience and creative tone is on brand.
• Manage back-end data collection

Desirable Skills:

• Attention to detail, from software architecture through to visual style and usability.
• Comfortable working within a team 
• Experience building impactful and engaging websites from scratch (front & back end), and using editors like Wix and Squarespace
• You are in tune with the latest technologies and capabilities out there for website optimization, and as part of building this social revolution together, you will actively bring your ideas forward and always be curious.  
• You will be passionate about continuously researching and utilizing the latest ideas, critical thoughts and innovations in your field to keep IMPACTR ahead of trends and at the forefront of digital developments.
• Experience in Adobe Tools, graphic design, digital illustration and/or animation would be plus
• Fluency in English (Danish is a plus, but not a requirement)
• Is comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced, yet fun & creative, environment
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
