Fresh.Land is an award-wining, fast-growing, and profitable food startup. Our platform allows farmers to deliver their products directly to retailers and consumers, cutting the middlemen. The result is products only 4 days from harvest, that customers fall in love with once they try.

Position

We are looking for a Country Manager to lead our launch in Sweden. The job involves working to manage operations, develop the business and increase profitability.

The position is an internship based out of Copenhagen. After the internship, your performance will be evaluated. If you deliver above the bar, you will receive a full-time offer. 

Responsibilities

• Manage every aspect of our newly expanding operation in Sweden

• Develop growth-hacks and strategies to get the word out about Fresh.Land

• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation

• Setup key strategic partnerships (i.e. logistic partners)

• Optimize results within marketing budget

• Hire new team members

What we look for

• Native in Swedish and fluent in English

• BSc or MSc in Management/Business Administration from top university

• Hands-on skills and good understanding of how a business operates 

• Excellent interpersonal skills
