- Know how to leverage both SEM and SEO to their maximum potential, when and where they fit within the bigger picture.
- Have a strong understanding of both Technical and On-Page SEO.
- Can create logical and comprehensive user experiences through strategic messaging.
- Have a strong analytical and data-driven approach towards optimisation according to cross-channel conversion funnel strategy.
- Know how to set, and work with, relevant KPIs and Metrics.
- Are a creative thinker in finding new and innovative ways to use SEM (and SEO).
- Regularly monitor digital trends and innovations to optimize and develop ideas for paid and organic search initiatives.
- Have experience in analysing real-time data, data sharing and visualisations of results.
- Have an eagerness to learn and a ‘can do' mentality.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- Excellent skills in SEM strategy, activation and optimization
- At least two years of SEM marketing experience, preferably at an agency
- Experience in SEO analysis and optimization (Technical and On-Page)
- Ideally a relevant university degree and/or a vocational degree in digital marketing
- Experience in digital analysis (Google Analytics)
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
- Technical skills to implement tracking scripts and pixels on websites is a plus
