ROLE CREATIVE PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

The Creative Team at SOUNDBOKS is our in-house creative agency. We work closely together with Brand & Communications to achieve our objective of supporting the rest of the company with content (written and visual) and marketing campaigns. The creative team leads the entire content production process from concepting to pre-production, production, and post-production.

This is a team were you truly get a chance to shape how the SOUNDBOKS looks, sounds, and feels - both now, but also in the years to come.

As our new Creative Production Specialist, your key responsibilities will consist of:

  • Production coordination: logistical responsibility for complex large-scale productions and smaller self-productions.
  • Talent management: ensuring the satisfaction and performance of influencers and freelancers.
  • Production company selection: who do we collaborate with, and why?
  • Scheduling and product sourcing: making sure that we have what we need on set, and things run smoothly.
  • Cost approval and driving value: maintaining the budgets and keeping track of expenditures.

In order to succeed at these responsibilities we expect the following skills and experience:

  • 3-5 years experience: in producing and shooting creative concepts in an agency, Production Company or client brand.
  • An international network: in advertising and/or production companies.
  • The ability to travel worldwide: 25% of your time will be spent on the road running shoots for up to two weeks at a time.
  • Experience managing external agencies: a significant part of your duties consists of outsourcing and delegating tasks.
  • Smooth verbal and written communication skills: clarity is key, and we expect you to be the one with the great overview of the situation.
  • Great interpersonal and relationship-management skills: we work with people, not machines, and keeping a good vibe going is absolutely crucial.
  • Superior organisational skills: you are the driving force behind creative and product shoots, which includes logistics, planning, usage rights and clearance management.
