The opportunity
Cobiro is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for our agency segment, which is a relatively new business division for Cobiro. In this manager role you will have the chance to shape the sales organisation for this new large customer segment. As a sales manager you will master the sales process for yourself and a team of 8-20 colleagues.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for building the team and managing them. Sales is a key component in growing our agency solution and you will be measured by you and your team’s direct sales results for agencies in the European region.
Shaping the agency part of the organisation from scratch is a key part of the role. You will work closely with the marketing team to create the best in class marketing collateral. Reporting and evaluation of achieved results is a given.
