About us
SubReader is a welfare-tech company, whose mission is to help people with dyslexia enjoy foreign language movies. Today SubReader offers dyslexics an app that enables them to get the subtitles read aloud on their favorite movies and TV-shows. SubReader covers more than 50+ cinemas, integrations to Netflix, HBO and Viaplay and we have just launched our newest product for schools. The app translates text into speech using text-to-speech voices, and our aim is to become the de-facto standard for integrations with subtitles.
The team
You will be working in a team of passionate people, all motivated to create solutions that can help others. With the company still being in its early days, you’ll be working with people across the board. Your everyday work will be carried out in close cooperation with our Co-Founder.
The job
As we are starting to expand into Sweden, we need a native Swedish colleague who can help us to align our go-to-market strategy with the local culture, as well as executing the operational roll-out. The tasks will vary, but mostly consist of relationship building and selling to new cinemas and schools in Sweden, fitting our products to the Swedish market, participate in stakeholder meetings as well as translation of content from English/Danish to Swedish.
The position is estimated to be 15 – 25 hours/week.
