AutoUncle is planning to double our full-time staff size and recruit +40 people over the next 8-12 months. Your mission as a full-time recruitment specialist will be to develop and run an efficient recruitment engine that effectively recruit A-players internationally, in all areas of the business.


About AutoUncle

AutoUncle is a fast growing Danish startup that is currently scaling in multiple European countries. We built an independent online price-check for cars with the vision to become the most used platform for making hassle-free deals happen. Our price-check tools are already used in 10 countries, making it smoother for consumers and dealers to agree on prices and shake hands.

Your responsibilities as Recruitment Specialist

You will be working closely together with AutoUncle’s founders and the extended management team internationally to grow the organisation. Your primary objective will be to find and convince the absolute best people to join us on our journey as a growing company.

 

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Source qualified candidates via “cold outreach” (phone, email, LinkedIn and professional networks) for roles where we have open positions
  • Screen candidates via phone, virtual video calls and face-to-face meetings
  • Ensure that all recruitment efforts made in the company live up to our defined quality standards
  • Organise trips for candidates that visit AutoUncle HQ for interviews
  • Collaborate with managers at AutoUncle internationally to refine role descriptions and prepare recruitment activities
  • Maintain AutoUncle’s job board and overview of candidates via Breezy
  • Ensure that all candidates (suitable or not) gets a positive impression of AutoUncle as an employer
  • Promote AutoUncle as a great place to work
  • Your qualifications

 

To qualify for the position we expect that:

  • You have worked as a headhunter or have similar recruitment experience
  • You possess a positive mindset with a natural drive to ceaselessly find and reach out to more and better candidates
  • You have strong people skills and are able to assess whether candidates are a suitable culture match with our organisation
  • You are fluent in English at a professional level (German is a plus!)
  • You are naturally organised and able to maintain an overview while running recruitment processes across different positions and areas of the company
  • You care about developing and following productive processes
  • You are results driven and care about taking part in something ambitious
