Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the global digital strategy and ensure that it is implemented across all channels

  • Help develop a data-driven organisation that thinks "digital first" by monitoring and providing assistance to the entire team

  • Build a strong marketing-mix across all relevant channels

  • Create cutting-edge CRM and community strategies which will differentiate the company from its competitors whilst also driving conversions

  • Create efficient conversion funnels and optimise the website in order to improve the customer journey

  • Increase brand awareness and build the amount of (good) traffic to the website

  • Plan, develop and manage the trading, seasonal and promotional campaigns and ensure that they represent the brand effectively

You have:

  • Proven experience within a similar role (vital)

  • Experience within the design/lifestyle/fashion industry (preferred)

  • A data savvy and numerical mind that is able to quantify facts and figures and able to use analytical tools such as Google Analytics to report and provide insight

  • Experience with managing budgets, PPC and SEO functions as well as affiliates and social media

  • A positive and enthusiastic mindset with a "can do" attitude

  • The ability to focus and find motivation in achieving and exceeding targets

The position is paid, the salary is based on past experience (and future results) and the weekly workload can be anywhere between 10-37 hours - pending on which setup works best for all parties.
