Our first product, DD-scan, is the world's first tool to analyze and remove explicitly and implicitly stereotypical words from texts. We are looking for someone who has expertise in UI web design and UX web design to join our growing company. You are great at understanding human-computer interaction design, coming up with elegant solutions and prototyping them.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct research and deconstruct our users’ digital interactions and habits.
• Come up with UI and UX plans based on our target goals.
• Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups.
• Assume full responsibility for your project and work closely with the tech team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design and tools, and keep iterating and enhancing your solutions
• Plan and execute part of our digital marketing in collaboration with our Sales Lead
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

Your skills

• Documented experience designing SaaS and/or web platforms - show examples in your portfolio
• Experience with user research, interviews and user tests
• Fluency in design software (e.g. Figma, Sketch)
• Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes
• Creative with experience in designing digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
