Responsibilities
Knowledge of the market/business 70%
Develop a multidimensional understanding of Shoppers, categories, behavioral needs, and key influencers together with Insights Manager.
Be the local Super User on Nielsen and other relevant market data/shopper tools. Responsible for internal capabilities for relevant functions like Commercial Account Manager, Commercial Manager, Business Development Manager and Marketing. Run local training as required.
Support on situation assessment through ownership for competitor and category analyses for all categories in line with strategy processes.
Contribute to the incorporation of shopper, consumer and category insights into ongoing business analysis and strategy planning across PEP Nordics business areas.
Lead price, pack, promo analyses together with agencies and Business Development/Commercial
Maintain/Develop Business Scorecard. Secure Tracking of innovations in existing set up.
Detect opportunities 30%
Identify business opportunities in products through understanding and application of retail/shopper behavior and performance macro-trends.
Own data assessment and insights deliverables across multiple strategic projects and category management
Requirements
Minimum Bachelors in Finance, Management or Economics
Excellent Analytical skills and shown success in developing analytical studies, models, templates and tools.
Experience in transforming insights into actionable activities.
Priority setting - consistently works against the right priorities making the right short-term decisions without sacrificing long-term results
Experience (2 years +) from Insights function (shopper/category/consumer/trends) is a massive plus, but not required.
