For the web and social media. On behalf of 10:xity, we just started working on finding and developing a scalable business concept for 2020 and further. And this is where we need you and your ideas!

You will be a part of our management team and be responsible for expanding our Content Marketing business. You will be the one that helps us find a scalable business model for our content marketing business.

OBS! You must be available in Stockholm but will primarily work on distance from home and meet 1-2 times a month. Later if we scale, it will be a full-time position.

We look for a Swedish Senior Content Manager with senior Swedish writing/proofreading skills.

We believe that you have:

• At least 4 years of professional experience of being a Swedish Content writer/proofreader or/and copywriter.

• A really skilled Swedish content writer.

• Fluency in Swedish and English is a must.

• You have great leadership and management qualities and will be handling over 60 writers from Sweden and 60 from other countries, by distance. 100% of communication by mail/digital.

• You are a very structured person but also experienced/quick on proofreading with top quality.

This is your mission:

This is a leadership position and you will handle 60-120 writers although many 20% are very active writers.

• Responsible for quality checking/proofreading delivered content and translations (daily)

• Answering questions from our content writers and giving feedback on typos etc (daily)

• Responsible for motivating and engaging content writers to perform well (weekly)

• On-boarding new writers /translators(weekly)

• Responsible for recruiting content writers and translators (monthly)

• Help the management team finding and developing a scalable business model an optimal market fit + strategy.

For this position, you must live in Stockholm and have Excellent Swedish but also fluent English skills.
