Customer Support Associate (Tier One):

The Opportunity
In this role you will be joining a vibrant and collaborative Customer Support team, that always strives to go the extra mile to provide first-class technical support to our customers. As a Customer Support Associate you will be managing customers inbound queries via phone, chat and email providing a quick resolution to issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing the escalation of complex cases across the organisation and contributing to Cobiro’s daily operations by improving the efficiency of our support flow and utilising customer feedback in the improvement of our product.

A strong, customer-centric attitude will come naturally to you as well as a good technical and analytical understanding which will allow you to adapt seamlessly to working on new technology systems in a fast-paced environment. A good knowledge of Google products will be a strong advantage

 

For this position, you will need:

  • A strong customer-centric and problem-solving approach
  • Good analytical and technical understanding, allowing you to communicate technical information effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
