We are incredibly busy and need an Event and Program Coordinator (Intern) to join our Program and Events tribe and help us scale our impact to create the best workplace in the Nordics from now till summer.  The job is a non paid full-time position for 3 months. We are looking for the right person to join our team as soon as possible.

As Event and Program Coordinator (Intern), you will:

• Support event team with setting up and resetting event spaces for programs and external events, including arranging the room to look picture-perfect and mise en place for catering
• Be present during events to receive and greet event attendees, oversee catering buffet and help to clean up and set up new buffets for event catering
• Manage bookings of faculty speakers and coordinate travel and transport for them
• Coordinate logistics for SU Nordic educational programs, such as booking of hotels and buses
• Draft external communications such as: text for program webpages and communications/emails with participants
• Prepare program content, such as slide decks, handouts, executive summaries, etc.
