Team: Operations

Hours: 20h / week

As the Leadership Coordinator, you would support the CEO and the Leadership team in ensuring that all internal and external stakeholders are properly informed and directed. You will be a key player in ensuring that the Leadership team functions as a cohesive unit, and always communicates efficiently and professionally towards both the organisation as well as external stakeholders;

 

As our new Leadership Coordinator, your responsibilities would be the following:

  • With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO, provide support to the Leadership team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner; format and distribute information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Provide historical reference by developing and utilising filing and retrieval systems; take minutes during Leadership meetings, Board meetings and organisational meetings
  • Organise team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
  • Coordinate Board, Executive & Audit Committee meetings and activities, maintaining confidential files and contact information; coordinate meetings, conferences, and committees both on and off site to support the CEO’s agenda
