We are seeking a highly-motivated human to join our purpose-driven IMPACTR team to help us drive sustainability impact!

Our Legal Support will work closely with the CEO and management team, as well as be the key liaison with our 3rd party legal partner(s) to ensure speed, completeness and good order of our legal needs and requirements during our startup phase.

With us you will have the opportunity to step up and lead our legal scope while gaining comprehensive experience working across all of the legal facets of a startup! Part of this would involve your participation in our contract negotiations.

As part of the role you will ensure our legal documents and contracts are solid as well as highlight and discuss with the management team any key issues, we also expect you to identify and help resolve/comply with all of our necessary legal requirements pertaining to our business, such as, for example, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

• Employment Agreements & Employment Law
• Freelance Contract Agreements
• Independent Contractors Agreements / Contracts for outsourcing to digital agencies
• IP Rights & Protection
• Trademarking
• Privacy, Data, GDPR
• Web Terms of Use / Terms & Conditions
• Shareholder & Investor Agreements

IMPACTR is a sustainability startup founded by women: two female co-founders and two additional core team currently. Established in 2018, the company’s HQ is in Copenhagen, Denmark however the current team is located across the UK, Sweden and Australia.
