Financial Marketplace Development Manager (CFO Track)

We are seeking a highly motivated human to join our purpose-driven IMPACTR team to orchestrate and be the architect of our triple-bottom line business strategy and business model implementation.

The Financial Marketplace Development Manager will work closely with the CEO and CMO to design and implement our two-sided marketplace solution that provides our users with fast, intuitive and effective options to deploy their financial capacities and ´purse power´ to make sustainability impact.

You will be an expert in the field and bring demonstrated experience and understanding in areas such as fintech, e-commerce, e-finance and crowdfunding.

As IMPACTR´s Financial Marketplace Development Manager, you will

• Develop and execute the business strategy and ethical business model to achieve a solid triple-bottom line business that creates sustainable impact. 
• Together with the team, design the marketplace functions and features of our app and web platform, and collaborate with the UX team to ensure user journey and user experience is fully optimised.
• Establish strategic partnerships especially in the fintech space, and carry out the required integration with 3rd party platforms and financial / fintech service providers to ensure the optimum platform setup and ultimately a delightful user experience.
• Work closely with the CTO on financial-technical infrastructure and integration requirements.
• Define IMPACTR´s financial and commerce related value-metrics to track and monitor as well as work closely with Marketing & Tech teams on relevant data analytics and insights.
• Maintain oversight of ethical data utilisation and compliance with legal aspects such as GDPR.

Career Growth Opportunity - CFO Track

For the right person we expect this role could potentially develop into a CFO role in 9-18 months where as part of the IMPACTR management team the CFO will lead the financial values in recruitment, mentoring and coaching of talent for further growth of the financial organisation. The CFO will establish new partnerships with emerging fintech leaders and startups to build up a formidable financial capacity and marketplace platform, that can ultimately give back to the circular economy, through sustainable portfolios and impact-investing. The CFO will closely voice the triple-bottom line identity of the company externally and at tech-conferences, and promote the company's story of sustainability, impact-tech innovation and creativity along with the CEO, CMO, CTO and CXO.
