Sales and retention Executive

Salary DKK 35,000 - DKK 80,000

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing growth hacker with experience selling over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations. You will be responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention and growth. You will be working with clients like; Carlsberg, Novo and Vestas. Responsibilities 

  • Grow and secure your accounts.
  • Create new sales opportunities through networking within your accounts.
  • Find and grow Key of contacts at your clients. 
  • Key Account Management.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients. 
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues. 
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic and passionate.
  • Proven experience with in Sales and Retention 
  • Experience from similar business/industry (IT/SaaS/Web/) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • English floating on negotiation business level. Other language skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor degree with in Business or marketing and communication is a plus. 
  • EU citizen, located in the Copenhagen area.
