We’re looking for an ambitious Part-time Frontend Developer: dedicated to the craft and passionate about using coding skills to create user-friendly interfaces and high-converting websites, helping us becoming the world’s largest online marketplace for accounting services.

Ageras is a disruptive, fast-paced company where you’ll play a part in building and improving the product. As our Frontend Developer, you’ll build and maintain our website and user interfaces using the React stack.

Specifically, you will: 

• Develop customer-facing React-based web applications 
• Support in creating the best possible user environment to maintain a great customer experience
• Turn visuals into reality by writing clean and scalable code
• Maintain and improve our website
• Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
• Get customer feedback and use it for improvements
• Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency

Requirements

We expect you are curious about new digital technologies and aspired to combine usability with visual design. You are eager to develop your skills in Frontend development and are ambitious to use your theoretical knowledge in practice. 

You’ll join a passionate, highly skilled IT team, who all work to help grow our business in current markets. You will work closely with experienced developers and can test your capabilities in a fast-moving, agile, young technology company. As out Part-time Frontend Developer, you’ll be given the opportunity to develop our website and at the same time we expect that you contribute with your ideas and opinion. 

We don’t expect you to have previous working experiences, but we expect that you are eager to develop yourself and learn quickly. 

We think you may also be able to tick some of these boxes; if not we’ll help you get there: 

• Have a good understanding of HTML/CSS 
• Have an understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Are driven and responsible for your own work
• An eye for aesthetics and graphics design
• Knowledge of SEO practices
• BSc/MSc in Web Development, Computer Science or another related field

This is a part-time position of min 10 hours/week.
