We are currently hiring a Senior Product Owner based out of our Aarhus office to work closely with Lix’ VP of Product and the engineering team in Aarhus.  

You will be responsible for taking ownership of a big part of the Lix product roadmap as we build the best study platform centered around the content students consume.

Lix’s development staff has grown a lot over the last year, and to help us make sure we maintain our strong product focus, we need a Senior PO/PM to support the team.

Being user-centric and a natural problem solver are the two focus points for you in your day-to-day work life. Strong insight into the life cycle of our user - the student - allows you to build and execute on a roadmap which, not only makes everyday life easier for students but also, wows them with solutions they didn’t even think possible.

You know that agile is more than just a set of tools and processes, it’s the culture around the agile mindset that truly makes a product team great and allows them to own their domain.

The flow the user travels through is controlled by you, and you have a sharp eye for making the journey as rewarding as possible for each student. Your priorities and development are backed up by data, both quantitative and qualitative. But you also know that a good gut feeling should not be ignored.

You should be able to tick most of the following boxes:

• 4+ years of experience as a PO/PM - or similar
• Preferably experience from more than one startup, alternatively, you’ve grown with the company you have been with
• Strong experience working with agile product development
• You know your way around analytics
• A secondary background like design/UX, engineering, marketing, etc. would be a strong plus
• You have a strong belief in making a difference for the user
• You know how to talk to stakeholders from different fields and levels
• You have the ability to conduct a solid user interview, and appreciate and understand the value
