At Evermart we are on a journey - we want to be one of the largest e-retailers in Europe. We don't see ourself as a retail company, we see ourself as a technology company. Therefore we need a CTO - and we expect for you to become a Magento Wizard. Our developing needs stretches from traditional backend/frontend, to robot integrations and app development. We don't expect you the be a master of everything, but we expect that you can manage and combine the right team for the task.

As CTO in Evermart you will be responsible for all the development of our e-commerce (frontend/backend), integration to robots in different parts of the business, app development and all other develop related tasks. We do understand that very few can handle all of these things, which is why you will also be in charge of hiring and combing the right squad for the years to come as the tasks will grow.

We have a simple philosophy - everything can be done, it's just about budget and time. We don't look at other small competitors, we take a look at the big industry leaders - but we never copy, we always seek to improve.

Working in Evermart is fun and relaxed, but also ambitious and demanding. We all work our asses of to become big as soon as possible. 4 years ago the journey started in an apartment, we are now on the verge of building our own logistics center. In 2017 we had around 25.000 orders, in 2019 we expect this to number to be above 200K. 

What we expect from you (be aware, this is written by a person non developer) :

• 3 years+ of hands on experience
• Magento experience is definitely a plus!
• PHP fluent
• Knowing GIT
• Able to handle databases and servers
• Able to work with API's.
• Ambitious
• Willing to go the extra mile for the team to succeed.
