Working with the Japanese Country Management Team responding to customer’s queries via Zendesk (knowledge to the platform is not a must), handling customer inquiries, feedback, product development ideas, reviews and much more!

Job Description:

• Handling overflow contacts from the all over the world in collaboration with all Country Managers;
• Responding to queries received via Social Media or Live Chat;
• Assisting with upselling products on certain pages through Nordgreen's live communication tool;
• Gathering product and process feedback;
• Occasional translating content for certain messages which have to be send out to the global customer database;
• Manage reviews on various 3rd party platforms; and
• Assisting with the continuous product development process based on customer feedback and macro-level analyses
• Developing and implementing initiatives to improve the customer experience
• Provide regular reporting of customer service complaints to necessary team heads
