Looking for executive assistant to CEO (full time/ part time)

We do that by creating inspirational, flexible, connected and beautiful work spaces that entrepreneurial people want to work from. Our sites are the first of its kind in both Denmark and Norway, and an epicentre for entrepreneurs, disruptive businesses and innovators.

We’re looking for a well structured and detail oriented executive assistant to support the CEO of The Creators Community with administrative tasks. The role is based out of Copenhagen.

About you:

  • You take ownership and ensure that daily administrative tasks are executed correct and urgently. You are able to prioritize your tasks, also during busy periods, and you are extremely organized and structured in everything you do. Your attention to detail is second to none and you care about finishing your work to a high quality standard, both in terms of content and appearance. 
  • You thrive in the coordinating and servicing role and take pride in making things smooth and easy for your colleagues and our customers, even though you won’t personally be the one in the limelight. You appreciate that even small details can have great value.
  • You communicate fluently in Danish and English, both in writing and verbally. You also need to read and understand Norwegian as you will work with our norwegian colleagues on a daily basis. 
  • Ideally you have experience from a similar role, perhaps as PA, secretary or assistant. In the perfect world you have experience with meeting minutes, and of the organisation and communication around formal meetings, such as board meetings. 
  • In addition, you are comfortable using IT systems and manage to quickly familiarize yourself with new administrative systems. We are tech driven and use a host of online system, as well as Google suite. 
  • You will be supporting a person and an organisation that work professionally with network and community, therefore you should appreciate the methods of creating and strengthening relations.
  • As a person, you are proactive, detail oriented, flexible and service-minded. You are also diplomatic and possess a high level of personal integrity which is needed as you will be working with confidential information.

You are experienced with the following tasks:

  • Administration
  • Calendar and email management 
  • Arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events 
  • Keeping track of expenses and receipts, and basic budget management
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Formal writing in Danish and English
  • Report writing
  • Copy writing and preparation of presentations
