We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. You will be responsible for developing and running the digital communication strategy of the company, mainly focused on social media channels, influencers and other partners.

• Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and leads to deliver higher sales and customer retention 
• Collaborates with the team to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost
• Continuous-improvement mindset. Keep innovating and testing new ways to create the content our audience is looking for and increase conversion
• Requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone
• Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution. You must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why
• Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis
• You will work closely to the rest of the team to fully benefit from the different skillsets and profiles existing within the company
• Executive presentations on the program approaches and results will be required

• Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
• Experience with Wordpress, Google analytics, Slideshare, and the top social channels (linkedin, twitter, …)
• Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
