Graduateland is the market leader within recruitment of students and graduates in the Nordics, and a big player in Europe. We are picking up more pace and have recently launched our more senior portal Careerland with great success. Our customers range from startups and SMB’s to fortune 100 companies. We are looking for a talented and hungry Chief Commercial Officer to professionalize and scale our sales organization.

Who you are

• Proven commercial leader with experience (+2 years) of successfully scaling sales teams, building business models and creating new revenue streams
• Management experience within a sales organization from a corporate environment or C-Level experience from a startup/SMB
• Experience in building sales teams and confident in recruiting new talent
• Analytical, number driven and obsessed with smashing growth targets
• A winner by nature who celebrates a win by looking for the next opportunity
• Expert at ambitious goal setting and continuous improvements
• Experience in driving high engagement in teams through change
• A people person that always keeps cool regardless of the challenges ahead

Role & Responsibilities

• Rethink and develop our current revenue model
• Build and develop the sales team that consist of three teams, three managers and +20 FTE
• Implement best practices on how to work with our clients (ranging from SMB’s to fortune 100 companies)
• Optimize current sales tracking tools and model to ensure a data-driven approach to sales
• Own and develop current compensation model for sales teams
• Identify new revenue streams and work with your peers in the management team to succeed with them

You will become a part of a newly established management team with one of the co-founders as the current CEO. The team has extensive international experience from fast growing companies such as Better Collective, Google, UserTribe and also a strong record in building companies themselves.
