As a Product Specialist, you will be the technical right-hand to our Customer Success Managers as well as our Sales reps. 

You will act as support in meetings with both existing customers and prospective customers. You will be the technical advisor to clients regarding everything to do with the Bannerflow platform, and as such, should be comfortable presenting in front of others. 

Ideally, you will have an eye for design and have some previous experience within the Digital Marketing field. 

As a Product Specialist your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting training with new customers and demos for prospective customers. 
  • Prepare tailored training and demos to make sure we are relevant for each and every customer and their specific needs. 
  • Guiding customers through the account setup.
  • Helping customers with network integrations.
  • Build creatives to show the possibilities and the power of the Bannerflow platform.

We are looking for a team member who has the communication skills and flexibility to help with a variety of projects including:

  • Driving product adoption across the customer base.
  • Improving and scaling the setup process.
  • Running customer initiated technical projects.
  • Helping out with the technical support.
  • The ability to understand our customers, and make creatives that represent their brand in the best way.

We are paying particular attention if you have experience from:

  • Delivering product training sessions onsite and via web conference software.
  • Working within Digital advertising.
  • JSON and XML feeds.
  • JavaScript, CSS and HTML.
  • Previous experience of SaaS and B2B.
  • An eye for design and experience from working with tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
