The core of CodersTrust is an online platform, bringing quality education to everyone, making the Lead Developer/CTO position a vital role in our Team, where one of the main deliverables is designing and building the next generation of our platform, with a focus on being scalable, light and modular in structure. CodersTrust is always looking for new talents! We are recruiting for a Lead Developer/CTO to help us with the architecture and development of our online education platform.

You will be an important part of the management team, and we hope that your ideas and experience can strengthen the CodersTrust Team and objective to make an impact on young people worldwide through quality education.

You will manage a small team of developers and your job is to ensure a good coherence, direction and stability, both of the team and in the strategy and solutions we will design and implement together. The developers are located in Denmark, Bangladesh and Kosovo. 

What we expect:

• You have studied IT Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• Experience in developing a platform will be a plus
• You want to help others in need and share our vision
• You are organized and can work independently
• You can work in a team and organize other people’s tasks and deliverables
• Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in other languages is are appreciated
