As the Procurement Manager Nordics (m/f/x), you will be one of the first members to join our new office for the Nordics based in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will be an integral part of a fast growing startup, making sure we can provide high quality ingredients for our customers across the Nordics.

Your responsibilities

• Build up and strategically develop our supplier network country-wide across multiple categories
• Develop new supplier relationships, from identifying potential suppliers through to negotiating new agreements
• Independently plan and lead procurement cost saving initiatives
• Support on cross-functional initiatives to develop new business opportunities
• Identify commercial opportunities through a data-driven approach
• Identify and implement initiatives to optimise procurement processes

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree from top-tier college or university
• 2-3 years’ experience in purchasing (preferably in produce, protein or other food products) and/or in management consulting/project management
• Quantitative and analytical experience, including solid comfort with advanced Excel (or similar tools)
• Proactive, ambitious, and assertive
• Sense of ownership over your work
• Be comfortable managing multiple projects at once and be able to quickly adapt to changing business needs
• Entrepreneurial and can make things happen
• Broad knowledge and passion for food
• Fluency in Swedish is a plus
