At Tradono and Trendsales, we are looking into a very exciting 2019. A little over a year ago, the two online secondhand marketplaces merged, and we are now one team handling both marketplaces. We are now ready to take the next steps in this merger process, facing a time of growth and many exciting projects. On the marketing team, we are looking for a skillful, ambitious, analytical digital marketer to help us grow through paid channels and marketing automation. We are a team of 4, working closely together with the rest of the company - both the product and customer service teams.

 

Responsibilities

Your overall task is primarily to acquire new users, as well as activate and retain existing ones. You will do so by:

  • Creating, analyzing and optimizing paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and other digital channels like Criteo (retargeting), Google and new channels
  • Optimizing and testing conversion on campaign landing pages
  • Creating and testing marketing automation flows and optimizing them along the way
  • Making the strategy for and executing our Google AdWords campaigns
  • Running growth experiments and hacks to find the best ways across marketing and product to acquire, activate and retain users

You will be working closely with both our Content Manager, as well as our Head of Marketing and the product team. The job includes reporting results on a regular basis to illustrate ROAS.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with digital marketing in a similar position or an agency
  • Hands-on experience with social media ads, mainly Facebook and Instagram
  • Hands-on experience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • You have an understanding of CRO
  • Previous experience with Marketing automation tools is a plus
  • You have an overall understanding of omnichannel attribution
  • You know customer funnels and funnel analytics
  • Bonus: A knowledge of growth hacks and growth experiments with UI
  • Ability to speak Danish is a plus because of copywriting, but it’s not a must
