Talent Garden Innovation School in Copenhagen delivers training in digital skills and innovation designed to help individuals and teams develop and transform. Our range of short courses, bootcamps and education programs deliver today's most in-demand skills in the digital world.

As Digital & Innovation Consultant you

Manage and co-develop our education programs, workshops, masterclasses and corporate training courses, and ensure that our clients and students get an outstanding and high quality learning experience based on the most innovative, fun and experimental product design and in-class experience.

The candidate co-creates the training and education design in collaboration with the innovation school team, and is responsible for delivering, promoting and selling training programmes to executives, companies, professionals and students. The candidate reports directly to the Director in Copenhagen.

Responsibilities

• Creating corporate sales in an effortless, strategic, action-oriented and non-salesy approach
• Building corporate relations and turning it into corporate sales with a focus on strong long-term relations and continuous sales
• Making the first outreach to new potential clients and closing the deal successfully supported by the Director
• Improve the client experience in multiple ways, and coordinate and facilitate the execution of training programs
• Actively promote and recruit clients for our education programs in several ways 
• Weekly lead calls to both B2B and professionals
• Co-development of corporate training programs with the team
• Build and maintain relationships with practitioners, consultants and industry 
• Interact with partner companies to guarantee the success of projects, assessments and corporate training
• Monitor the training market, identifying national and international market trends
• Plan and manage educational budgets
• Monitor the activities through sheets, reporting, control and analysis of the performances and KPIs
• Manage online teaching platforms and related content

Your Skills & Profile

• 4-5 years (minimum) experience in the role of management consultant/ corporate sales/ B2B business development or similar
• Excellent at connecting with clients, create corporate relations and relationship-based sales
• Achieving new corporate clients and closing the deal successfully
• You’re confident and not afraid of pitching our products and uniqueness in an effortless and non-salesy way
• Able to manage several ongoing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Innovative when developing high-quality learning experiences with the team
• You're a great speaker in front of a crowd, and have excellent written and oral Danish and English communication skills (native Danish candidate necessary for this position)
• Able to deliver active-learning program designs in collaboration with the team
• You have knowledge about innovation and/ or entrepreneurship
• You love to take action including calling leads and key prospects on the phone

We are looking for a candidate who is not afraid to get hands dirty, who is open-minded, active and flexible in terms of helping out as a startup team e.g. promote all our programs and events, and help execute our events, and for example create content, organise in-class video etc.
