We’re currently looking for a front end developer with experience of Javascript and React to join our rapidly growing team.

We’re currently looking for a front end developer with experience of Javascript and React to join our rapidly growing product development team. You will be a key-player in our team and take great responsibility for our front end development, as well as for choosing the right tools that will help us to achieve our goals.

The role of the product development team is to develop, maintain and monitor the applications that Baffin Bay Networks offers. Building reliable, scalable and maintainable software products that give our customers a solid experience is our primary task.

Objectives of this Role

• Be a key-player in our team - providing input and taking initiatives for our use of cutting edge technologies and concepts
• Build new user-facing features as well as libraries for future use
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and give input from a technical perspective
• Work with and develop our software development principles and practices
• Write readable and maintainable code that runs and tests our front end applications

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• In-depth knowledge of Javascript and React
• Good sense of self-organisation
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
