We are currently looking for an Office Manager with ambitions and high energy that wants to be a part of a young, dynamic team in Copenhagen.


In the role as Office Manager, the primary responsibility is to organize administrative activities that facilitate the efficient running of the office; this includes maintaining the condition of the office, the organization of people, information and other resources. You will be working closely with the CEO and management team, so efficiency and proactivity is a must – where you can expect that no two days are the same.

Your personality is crucial to success in this role because you will navigate in the tension fields between highly educated specialists and employees, customers, suppliers, and partners where there may be varied agendas. Therefore, it is important that you can combine a pleasant personality with a professional and service-oriented attitude in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do

  • PA function to the CEO and management
  • Structuring and definition internal administrative processes
  • Purchase and subscription administration
  • Data recording (equipment, SOS list, contact info, etc.)
  • Contact person for our internal arrangements and company-schemes
  • Administrative On- and offboarding of employees 
  • Plan and execute internal events
  • Preparation for customer meetings and events. Internal and external
  • Ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

  • Relevant education and it is plus with at least two years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Positive, outgoing, and service-oriented mindset
  • Can handle many different tasks at once without going on a compromise with the quality
  • Like administrative task also routine tasks
  • Work structured and have an eye for details
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Great communicative skills
  • You are fluent in English and Danish is a plus (speech and writing)
  • Show responsibility for confidential information and tasks
