In the role as Office Manager, the primary responsibility is to organize administrative activities that facilitate the efficient running of the office; this includes maintaining the condition of the office, the organization of people, information and other resources. You will be working closely with the CEO and management team, so efficiency and proactivity is a must – where you can expect that no two days are the same.
Your personality is crucial to success in this role because you will navigate in the tension fields between highly educated specialists and employees, customers, suppliers, and partners where there may be varied agendas. Therefore, it is important that you can combine a pleasant personality with a professional and service-oriented attitude in a dynamic environment.
