Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include the drafting and process leading of signing various commercial agreements with both customers as well as collaboration partners, based on input from various senior team members.
• You are also expected to have some knowledge of SHA and ownership issues as well as Aktiebolagslagen in Sweden, capitalisation issues, processes involving Bolagsverket etc. Knowledge of all processes in detail is not required, but a passion for learning and timely delivery of feedback and input will be of great importance.
• You will also be in charge of organising the important legal and other documents of the company in order to prepare for a future due diligence process.
• Finally you will be expected to take minutes at both board meetings and shareholder meetings as well as other important meetings that call for minutes to be taken.

Since Prepaird is a very dynamic and fast moving company there is some likelihood that you will be involved in further projects and processes as well.

Qualifications

You have taken both foundational and advanced courses in company law and also have some prior experience of working with either drafting commercial agreements, company law or some related area.

Since there is no other internal legal resource at Prepaird, it is important that you have a way of ensuring a very good quality of the documents that you will draft. Senior management including the founder will provide input but cannot be expected to provide support regarding the correctness of the legal side of any drafted documents.
