Swappie is one of the fastest-growing startups in the Nordics. We are building a marketplace that makes buying refurbished smartphones and selling used ones safe an convenient. We're expanding internationally and we just recently opened our business in Italy. Now we're looking for more help to improve our customer experience, as the demand is growing bigger and bigger.

We’re looking for a Italian speaking customer service representative to join our team at out Helsinki office. Native Italian or Italian with native fluency required. Your tasks would include customer service via chats and phone, and developing our customer service experience further with your effort. You would also be helping in managing our social media channels in Italy. 

You Have

• The ability to learn fast and adapt to fast paced startup environment. The change and improvement is constant.
• Native level Italian skills
• Self-starter attitude
• Good team working skills
• Previous experience in customer service is a big plus!
