Who we are looking for Community Coordinator to work on the culturally diverse project.

If you are action-oriented, team-player, having good knowledge of customer service then this position is for you.  we are looking for creative, data-driven and proficient with digital marketing and social media tools, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn. You should have good communication skills and are not afraid to interact with people. Your goal is to grow Beyond Border traction and take care of our skill providers. It is expected that you can create marketing material and implement strategies for the Finnish market. It is a big plus if you have experience in working at start-ups.

In addition, Beyond Border will conduct workshops throughout the year. It will be your responsibility to promote these events through our social media channels and through forging partnerships which will help the company reach its strategic goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Finding and onboarding Skill Providers

• Planning workshops.

• Working on collaboration with other organizations.

• Driving traffic to our website, landing pages and social media.

• Scaling and automating growth processes.

• Being able to communicate with the rest of the team.

• You should work as the brand’s ambassador, engaging with potential customers and building relationships with existing ones. You should also be focused on gauging sentiment around the brand, using social listening tools in order to monitor feedback and engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Content creation – writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels

2. Social media marketing – creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties

3. Events and Networking– attending industry events in the city.

4. Customer relations – you are responsible for customer support – answering questions however they come in (phone, e-mail, Twitter) and managing any online feedback forums

6. Communications/marketing strategy – Experience in strategic marketing/communications plans to provide direction for the company’s public-facing communications

7. Analytics – Google analytics.

8. Business development – A Community Manager can also be responsible for business development and sales

As the company operates on a lean process, some tasks might change or be added to your responsibilities based on your competencies and desire that you will prove.
