We are looking for an outstanding professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to become Talent Garden’s manager in Denmark. You will be the driving force in developing our Danish activities and growing them across the Nordics. Talent Garden is Europe's leading innovation platform and coworking network. Our mission is to create local, vibrant, connected campuses that empower digital communities.


Today, Talent Garden’s network covers 23 campuses in 8 countries. Our campus in Copenhagen is a partnership with Rainmaking, the global collective of entrepreneurs. The Copenhagen location is the daily home for 300+ entrepreneurs and a range of events. It will also be the base for our upcoming Innovation School. Through everything we do, we strive to unite the strengths of startups and industry leaders. The new Country Manager will collaborate closely with the leadership at each of the spaces in our Copenhagen family: Talent Garden Rainmaking, Rainmaking at Pier47, The Camp, and CPH Fintech Lab.

The profile we are looking for

  • Take full responsibility for managing and growing our corporate customer portfolio and create new opportunities for the company’s growth
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic selling processes 
  • Carry out end-to-end sales activities from identifying client needs, developing proposals and presenting the offers, to negotiating and closing partnerships 
  • Set and run sales meetings with company decision makers and their teams
  • Supervise and coordinate project delivery, as you are the main reference point between customers and operations team
  • Able to stay up to speed, when it comes to market trends 
  • Identify, where we can make a difference: You are able to apply Talent Garden’s services to the local market and understand corporate as well as entrepreneurial consumer needs 
  • Driven by data and business results: Talent Garden is running a campus consisting of three pillars: Workspaces, education and events. A data-driven mindset is a must to launch and successfully run these activities side by side
  • Passionate about creating positive impact, innovating and contributing to the ecosystem at large 
  • You can handle a high degree of project complexity, both at local and international levels and with multi-country teams
  • Community and team first: You lead the team, so you together link the Talent Garden brand to the entire digital ecosystem

Your responsibilities

  • Your main responsibility is creating sales of corporate training programs to companies across industries
  • Building relations to top executives and decision-makers; CEO's, CTO's, VP's etc. that can lead to sales 
  • Working closely together with the Talent Garden Innovation School, since you are responsible for the B2B sales of the corporate training products developed by the Innovation School
  • Establishing the Talent Garden awareness in Copenhagen and Denmark, and across our co-working spaces. You are able to build the highest possible added value to the market and Talent Garden’s network
  • Overviewing operations and driving business growth in the country
  • Making things happen at 360-degrees: from building operations to establishing corporate partners. Most importantly, you make sure the people we work with, connect with the soul of our brand
  • Constantly collaborating with the global Talent Garden team to define the country strategy and goals
  • Managing the current team and recruiting other strong team profiles
  • Providing strong local leadership, mentorship and support for your team, also making them a part of the Talent Garden global team
  • Establishing lasting relationships with various local and European Talent Garden partners 
  • Serve as the main reference point in the country for all the Talent Garden activities: workspaces, education and events for students, professionals and companies.
  • Staying proactive and fully autonomous are one of the most important characteristics and responsibilities for the candidate

Main skills and background

  • 7+ years of relevant experience from mangement consultancy or within sales, and building corporate relations
  • Proven track record of working with corporate sales
  • You already have a strong established network of corporate clients across industries e.g. from previous consultancy work experience
  • Fast to move from new challenges to execution
  • Ability to work on many ongoing projects and accounts with flexibility and independence
  • Tons of empathy in your pockets and an ability to actively listen
  • Ninja-level problem solving skills with a strong inclination towards action
  • Results and impact-driven approach: you don’t focus only on achieving your goals, but see them in the larger context of Talent Garden’s progress
  • Love for innovation and technology
  • Fluent in English and happy to travel when needed 
  • An extensive knowledge and network within the Nordic ecosystem
