Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of contact on all HR related matters for employees, managers and applicants
• Assisting in writing job descriptions and job postings
• Initial application screening
• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
• Supporting in putting together an individual training plan for new employees
• Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
• Maintaining personnel files
• Reviewing and optimizing HR processes

Requirements:

• Actively pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Organisational Communications, or related field preferably with an emphasis on Human Resources 
• Excellent communication and organisational skills 
• Ability to multi-task 
• Ability to plan and prioritise 
• Ability to perform in an ambiguous, multi-cultural and sometimes hectic environment
• Strong team spirit and enthusiasm 
• Fluent in Danish and English
