About us 

More than 160 million children worldwide are diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. This can have detrimental impact on the health and well-being of the child and their family, as well as broader socioeconomic consequences. We want to promote positive change and social inclusion through the use of meaningful assistive technology. That is why developed Tiimo to be an app and a digital friend who is smart, reliable, discreet and available, so you can bring it anywhere. 

Tiimo combines evidence-based strategies such as structure, time managenet, visualization and reminders in one smart and simple solution. Tiimo promotes independence and improves quality of life while reducing stress and conflict. Tiimo has a particularly strong effect on a smartwatch because it's a wearable.

We've already launched the product in Denmark, with a growing user base, and now we are ready launch in selected international markets, while ramping up activities in Denmark.

About the position

The position can be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate, and starting December 1st or as soon as possible. From day one you’ll become an integral part of an experienced team, with backgrounds in communications, business, design and software development. We will be working together on improving Tiimo's awareness, user activation, acquisition engagement and retention. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to grow with us. We have an informal and fast-paced culture, where we want people to thrive in the full sense of the word. 

Key Responsibilities

• Your main focus is to apply growth hacking strategies throughout the entire marketing funnel - from awareness to user activation, acquisition engagement, retention and referral.
• Create organic and paid traffic, through paid media, targeted traffic, leads and conversions.
• Running creative campaigns and experiments, doing A/B testing, analyzing and evaluating results.
• Monitoring results based on your marketing strategies, plans, KPI's, and budgets.

Who you are

• You have hands-on experience with content and paid social media, mostly Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and maybe Instagram.
• You have the ability to analyse and crunch data, traffic and performance optimise, and apply Google analytics.
• You can write SEO-text, and knowledge about SEO, SEM and ASO is an advantage.
• You have a great understanding of user engagement and retention and a profound interest in A/B testing.
• You are familiar with growth hacking tools such as ahrefs, buzzstream, similiarweb etc.
• You are analytical and have an entrepreneurial mindset
• You are an executor and creative
• You love metrics and to optimize
