Having launched in January 2018 via a Kickstarter campaign which raised $250k, making us the most successful Danish Fashion Kickstarter project, ever, we have seen immense success over the last 10 months on a global scale resulting in the need for experienced, self-motivated, hard-working individuals to work across a variety of exciting roles.

The Facebook & Paid Performance marketing requires someone with a solid foundation in paid Facebook marketing as a primary skill set, and other online paid advertising a secondary.

The role will involve managing our Facebook and other paid advertising channels on a global scale, working alongside the co-founders, company Directors, and country managers to build, manage and grow Nordgreen's brand presence in each of the core territories in which it operates. This will involve devising the short, medium and long-term strategy, managing budgets, and being accountable for results.

You will oversee Nordgreen’s paid social budget, meaning that you will be involved in and be actively managing aspects of the business system.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Nordgreen's Facebook and Instagram paid marketing channels across several territories: UK; DE; DK; JP; KR
  • Support the other marketing channels, such as email, through initiatives like lead generation ads, and re-targeting the affiliate traffic
  • Devise a marketing strategy to re-target existing website traffic, and reach new audiences, while reducing CPC's, increasing CTR's and  conversion rates, ultimately maximising the ROAS of our ad campaigns
  • Managing the Nordgreen brand identity within each territory in which we operate
  • Configuring Nordgreen’s multi-channel growth tactic and campaign strategy based on local consumer behaviour: SEO, SEM, social paid, eCRM, affiliate marketing, referral marketing, push notifications, traditional, mobile native and web, programmatic display, etc. will have to be taken into consideration;
  • Work in synergy with the rest of the Nordgreen international team to identify new growth opportunities and ways in which to improve our brand reputation and presence
  • Deliver best in class experience partnering closely with design and editorial teams to brief and build engaging content pages that provide the customer with relevant information, advice and conversion opportunity. 

Requirements:

  • You must have experience in actively managing Facebook campaigns.
  • It is preferred that you have experience managing other paid media channels, such as Google Ads.
  • You hold a degree in economics, finance, business administration, or an equivalent academic field from a leading university.
  • You have experience with working in a fast-paced, high performance environment.
  • You are entrepreneurial and have a passion for creating things from scratch.
  • You are proactive, relentless, reliable, and have a high sense of urgency which makes it easy for you to excel a dynamic environment.
  • You must be highly driven to succeed.
  • You do not need to be a native English speaker, but you must have the highest proficiency of English writing and speaking.
  • Must be located in Copenhagen.
