You are either working as a developer today or have worked as a developer and is longing to do some creative work again. You should have a degree in computer science or similar and a longing to get your hands dirty building stuff. Focus is on the right person with technical skills and willingness to evolve. It is more important that you are quick and eager to learn than the exact technologies that you know now. Experience with web development, java script, CSS, Sass, java is a plus.
