We are seeking two Danish speaking student workers– one full time and one part time – to help with recruitment and staffing assignments. You don’t have to have prior experience with staffing, as we will train you on the job. However it will be a great advantage if you are a quick study and full of new ideas about how to solve challenges.

Ideally you have a keen interest in HR and the start-up world.

If you are interested in working with marketing/communication, we’ll happily make these areas a part of your job too.

Looking for someone flexible:

In your job you will be working on spontaneous staffing assignments – i.e. filling the open jobs with the right workers whenever a client has a need. Which is why we are looking for someone who is flexible in regards to working hours and work days. This goes the other way too of course: we are flexible in regards to when you can and want to work.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure our client’s staffing needs are met
• Answer questions from and communicating with the workers on meploy
• Assist companies with using the meploy platform (posting jobs etc.)
• In collaboration with the rest of the staffing team to develop new ways of staffing and recruiting the best workers for the meploy community
• Help out with marketing/communication tasks
• Fill in the blanks (Let us know what you are good at, and we’ll try to make the best use of it)

What you’ll need:

• An interest in working with HR
• Great communication skills in person, on the phone and in writing
• A very, very service-minded attitude.
• Willingness to quickly learn, adapt and apply new skills.
• Ability to self-serve and investigate. Self-starter attitude is a must.
• Fluent in Danish and English. Ok levels are not good enough for this position.
• You’re able to leave your ego at home and work with radical honesty between team members.
