Talent Garden and Rainmaking are now scouting for the new digital marketing super hero to join our power team, our co-working space for startups and entrepreneurs in Copenhagen, and our brand new Talent Garden Innovation School.

Our community on Holmen is a collaboration between Rainmaking and the European Talent Garden network. Rainmaking facilitates entrepreneurship across four workspaces in greater Copenhagen. Talent Garden has 23 campuses across Europe. Our Innovation School provides cutting-edge training, courses and full educational programmes for professionals, corporates, and executives within UX Design, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain Technology, Digital Transformation, Growth Hacking Marketing, Data Driven Business, and Innovation Management.

About the position 

You join the Talent Garden Innovation School team. Your colleagues are both in across teams at Rainmaking in Copenhagen, and Talent Garden in Milan, Italy. We are in an amazing growth, and are looking for a candidate who is eager to grow with us. We have an informal and fast-paced culture, where we want people to thrive in the full sense of the word. We enjoy team dinners and throw some pretty great parties.

Your Skills & Key Responsibilities

• Your main focus is to create paid media, targeted traffic, leads and conversion.

• You have hands-on experience with content and paid social media, mostly Facebook, LinkedIn, and maybe also Instagram.

• You have profound work experience with digital marketing campaigns, and can monitor results based on your marketing strategies, plans, KPI's, and budgets.

• You have the ability to analyse and crunch data, traffic and performance optimise, and apply Google analytics.

• You can write SEO-text, and knowledge about SEO and/ or Adwords is an advantage.

• We are a team in the early growth phase, and we work as a startup team. We are looking for a candidate who is open-minded, active and flexible in terms of working on a different range of activities. For example: Networking and building relationships with new potential and existing instructors/ teachers, collaborate when executing our events, and e.g. text writing for the innovation school.

More about you

• Hands-on experience with paid media, digital marketing campaigns, paid Facebook, and paid LinkedIn.

• You have the nature of a growth hacker, you are passionate about experimenting, and a fast learner.

• Hands-on experience with targeting our customers, creating relevant traffic, generating leads and conversion.

• Minimum 4-5 years hands-on work experience with the digital marketing disciplines described above.
