Role Summary
The role is part technical and part sales / new business.
The main focus is to develop incoming leads and proactive leads into work orders. The role will require contacting prospects, performing an initial technical requirement assessment and proposing a suitable Addcomposites solution scheme. Clear guidance and communications with customers will be essential to turn opportunities into orders following provision of the scheme and quotation. The majority of leads identification can be done along with the core team, but producing proactive leads and developing accounts will form part of the role.

The position is unpaid initially and as the performance/execution matches the company is willing to offer a Full/part-time paid position. However, every sales conversion is paid as a bonus percentage of sales and additionally, work-related expenses are covered.
